GCB Constructions has been appointed to build View, the final stage at Vantage Gold Coast.
Following the successful completion of Dawn (15 storeys, 113 apartments) and Scape (6 storeys, 36 apartments) also built by GCB, our purchasers will be delighted to know that the standard of finish already on display will be replicated at View.
We are very fortunate to have established an excellent working relationship with GCB over the pervious two projects, which were both completed on time and most importantly delivered to our standard of quality. All of this provides a strong level of confidence that View will be a place our purchasers will be proud to call home.
Construction will be underway mid October 2021 with a current targeted Practical Completion date of July 2023.
